School employees aspire for higher achievements and maintaining the learning standard of classroom designed by the phases of learnography. We believe in the satisfaction of parents and children that can make the institution great in the eyes of community.
The academy needs the teamwork of subject moderators. They should act in coordination to develop cultural as well as academic qualities in children. Classroom moderators perform classwork, exams and other activities related to the learning and development of students. Their productive work enhances the structural and formatting life of children and consequently the service of institution.
The driving force of life comes from the fear and reward mechanisms of amygdala system. Amygdala is connected with prefrontal cortex of brain, an area involved with highest intellectual properties. It receives sensory input from prefrontal cortex all the time.
Amygdala, a part of limbic system, isn’t part of conscious brain. It doesn’t think through images, instances or situations, evolutionarily highly conserved area that was well developed in animals before man. This is active vigilance for learning and survival mechanism.
Amygdala system of brain is configured to outcomes of academic performance like certificates, qualification, problem solving capacities and experience. I saw a person in the morning who was observing his certificates and bio-data to apply for job.
A clock watching employee always creates an empty set of the work. Mathematically, the set of work has been defined as the set “(work)”. The opening and closing braces of this work set are like 8 am and 3 pm of school hours. These time braces encompass productive work to be finished in scheduled hours. If the work is not complete and perfect, it will create empty or null set and bad work will create unproductive and harmful sets of performance.
Working mechanism of amygdala system is important for progress and happiness in life. Knowledge learnography and work learnography both are modulated by the amygdala system of brain to enforce achievement and success in life.
Spectrum of learning objects is found poor in many students. So amygdala system of brain is not working properly in learning process and students do not understand knowledge chapters in classroom.
