We must differentiate the functions of motivation and modulation in classroom situations. Teacher is considered as the moderator of subject matter to modulate learning process. Moderators should think to provide the good environmental space of learning development for children in which the learning of subject matter can be secured and modulated for brainpage processing.
Students may face hardships in the learning process and moderators should be able to heal them. They know that students can finish nearly all the blackboard works in a classroom. These children need good directions, control, commands and helpful sympathy.

In fact, a moderator is classroom director and the specialist of subject matter. The creation of productive environment is essential to students’ achievement. Role of classroom moderators :

Subject moderator monitors children’s brain to build the learnographs of good and functional sequences from the chapter and lessons of prescribed course. It is obvious that students correct their mistakes from blackboard operation, so moderator must observe their desks whether they are busy in updating the mistakes of practice books during the operation of learnographic phases.
Classroom moderator presents the sample blackboard operation only for few minutes. If he keeps himself away from the moderation of blackboard work, he may be considered as the weak subject expert in the eyes of students. He will have to show specific qualification in his subject matter for confidence building. He must be regarded as the best operator of classroom moderation.
Classroom seeks the dynamic working behavior from the moderators. They finish the call of attendance during the first period of school hours. The record of the moderator’s work should be maintained in subject ledger.
Moderators are suggested to observe the marks of subject ledger and improve the brainpage standard of students. The institution evaluates the failure of moderator in classroom if a student remains below the formatting standard (80%) of system outcomes.
Learnography is the improvement of learning experiences in skill, knowledge and innovation. There are many types of learning science such as school learnography, rational learnography, intuitive learnography, creative learnography and innovative learnography.
What is the class effect of school learning?
