Teacher to students verbal knowledge transfer is not productive in the digital age of science and technology

Pedagogy of school system must be replaced by the motor science of knowledge transfer. Teacher to student verbal knowledge transfer is conducted in the classroom to provide quality education, but nothing is transferred to student’s brain. Learning by doing is a concept in economic theory by which productivity is achieved through consistent practice, self-perfection and intuitive innovations.

Learning from physical activities

A kid should be transformed into a high performing small teacher in school ecosystem. The motor science of learning by doing enables students to develop their problem solving skills. The paradigm of school system is the perfect system of knowledge transfer in collaborative classroom accompanied with the physical activities of learning by doing. They can clarify the learning challenges of tasks and apply the brainpage of knowledge transfer in their future lives. The brainpage theory of knowledge transfer can inspire small teachers (students) and classroom moderators (teachers) to explore and develop the ethics of experiential learning.

Our children are very intelligent in searching and launching the mobile apps of Android, iOS and Windows platforms. They like to spend most of their time on the surfing and chatting of social media. Students are able to know the sophisticated functions and operations of smartphone by applying the working dimensions of brain learnography. They tend to learn better when some type of physical activity is involved. This is the motor science of brainpage development to promote self-directed learning attitude in high performing students. In the knowledge transfer of school ecosystem, our students should be tactile small teachers and they will learn by touching and doing their tasks in classroom situations.

Fourth Miniature

Chemistry head is the fourth miniature of collaborative classroom. The source book of chemistry has five sections in each chapter. Learning by doing plays a vital role in the evolution of countries to acquire greater specialisation in production. An example is a factory that increases output by learning how to use equipment better without adding workers or investing significant amounts of capital. Learning by doing is a concept in economic theory by which productivity is achieved through consistent practice, self-perfection and better innovations. In both these cases, learning by doing and increasing returns in production provide an efficient economic engine for long run growth and sustainability.

Knowledge is energy of working brain. Cognitive knowledge is the potential energy of human brain while the motor knowledge of brain circuits is kinetic energy of knowledge transfer.

For many years, I was a medical librarian at a large university. In 2005 I became the first librarian there (university-wide) to achieve tenure. A member of the Reference Department, my job title was Bibliographic Coordinator. Simply put, this meant that I was in charge of all the educational programs that the medical library offered. It was incredibly rewarding work. I’ve always been interested in the science of education. Your website is wonderfully thought provoking.
