This is known as the phases of learning transfer. The growth of economy is directly related to the advancement of science and technology. The phases of learning transfer are very important to develop new technology for economy and growth. Human learnography never becomes complete in function and structure. It always seeks the versions of updating process for creativity and innovation. The phases of learning transfer show the pathways of development for science, mathematics and technology.

Cerebellar basal ganglia circuitry of human brain deals with the limbic science, cognitive science and motor science of working mechanism. Zeid science describes the knowledge transfer of student’s brain which is based on the neurological studies of limbic science, cognitive science and motor science.

1. Scanning Phase

There is a great difference between scanning and skimming in the knowledge transfer of science and technology. Skimming involves not reading every word, but instead moving the eyes quickly over the contents and allowing the main defining objects and facts to become obvious for learning and understanding. Students keep their eyes open and move them deliberately across the options to see which objects are repeated and more defined in the paragraph blocks. They will gain the detailed ideas to conclude the matrix and spectrum of knowledge transfer.

In scanning phase, students read the contents each word thoroughly. It is called deep reading because it involves reading every word to gain the understanding of matrix and spectrum for the processing of learning transfer and memory formation. There will be words that students may not recognize. So, these problems will be resolved in a context further reading and scanning. During the scanning phase, students will begin to gather information about the target’s purpose, specifically what blocks of knowledge transfer it offers.
