We know that pain and pleasure are the two major aspects of human emotions. Early childhood demonstrates pleasure seeking behavior and it can’t be considered as the vital tool of learning transfer. This is evolutionary character that shows how to survive in surroundings and unfavorable circumstances. In growing children, speech development is essential to communication and interaction but hardships start in school education where baby brain has to interact with the subject matter of chapters in human language. The prefrontal cortex of student’s brain is the part of working memory which seeks the rational development of cognition in learning process.

Indirect school of learning transfer

Children have learnt human language at home and the teacher also gives teaching in human language. So they feel easy and comfortable in the teaching of subject matter. This is called the indirect learning system of school education because knowledge is first transferred to the teacher’s brain and then it is projected to student’s brain. School may give direct learning through the object language of father teacher, the creator of knowledge chapter while indirect learning is acquired through the human language of subject teacher. Book to brain learning transfer comes under the system of direct school. In indirect school system, students achieve skill, knowledge and merit from the teaching of courses. They are found weak in understanding the object language of textbooks. They have no self-confidence in problem solving activities and depend mainly on the human language of teaching activities.

System of direct school

Learning habit becomes dependable in educational teaching and students seek private tutor or coaching classes in extra time. Intuitive knowledge never improves and there will be the minimum chances of creativity or innovation for the advancement of science and technology. In direct school system, students are transformed into the small teachers of classroom. They get skill, knowledge and merit from the object language of source books.
