School 2020 describes the brainpage school, happiness classrooms and miniature teachers of effective knowledge transfer
Collaborative classroom is divided into the seven groups of students to focus personalized knowledge transfer. Each group is formed by seven students and led by one miniature teacher (small teacher). Altogether there are (7×7+1), 50 students in the classroom including one phase superior. Miniature school runs on goal oriented task operation (GOTO) and the fundamental tasks of individual achievement are singular focus, knowledge transfer, brainpage development, pencil power and future workplace. Phase superior (small teacher) is trained in the seven fields of school learnography. This teamwork is formed to conduct book to brain knowledge transfer in the collaborative classroom and does not interfere in the functions of school’s administration.
The head of miniature teachers in a structured classroom is phase superior that is a student qualified and skilled in leadership, teamwork and brainpage modulation. He manages the system integration of learnography and looks out the administration of classroom performance. The phase superior makes seven groups in the classroom and appoints seven miniatures to lead each group of the students. The collaborative team of seven miniature teachers constitutes the basic design of knowledge transfer in the happiness classroom of School 2020.
Seven miniatures are reported to their phase superior but all the phase superiors are reported to the superior general of school learnography. The selection of superior general is decided by the principal’s office on the basis of high academic performance from the topmost class of the institution. The principal also appoints phase superiors on the basis of singular focus, pencil power and brainpage modulation. The superior general acts as the coordinator of phase superiors to develop high performing classrooms and is also reported to the principal.
The core team of happiness classroom is formed by a group of three small teachers (skilled students). They are phase superior (class head), class operator (first miniature) and system modulator (second miniature). Other five members of happiness classroom are the subject heads of classroom, skilled in the learning dimensions of knowledge transfer. Matrix book, spectrum book and five source books are launched in the classroom by class operator, system modulator and five subject heads respectively. They are responsible to conduct the brainpage processing of book to brain learning transfer to produce high performing students in the classroom. Seven miniature schools of happiness classroom can create the environment of learning transfer for the classroom operating system (CROS) of brainpage school.
Phase superior is the head of happiness classroom and it is formed by the teamwork of seven small teachers (skilled students). They are operator, modulator and five subject heads. Class operator (M11) assists the subject moderator (big teacher) to create the environment of learning development (ELD) in the classroom and system modulator (M21) scrutinizes the quality control of brainpage learning. In fact, class operator is assistant to subject moderator and phase modulator is qualified in the implementation of motor science and brainpage theory. Subject head becomes active in specific period to launch the modulation of topics in classroom learnography, but the other four subject heads perform the work of opposition learning forces for updates and improvements. If a miniature is absent in happiness classroom, the phase superior will take his place and launch the brainpage modulation of concerned chapter.
The collaboration of miniature schools can explain the system integration of learning science. In fact, it may help students to become leading persons in the learnography of mathematics, science, research, technology, business or politics. Teaching system of education is the MS-DOS of classroom operating system (CROS), while learnography is the Windows System of book to brain direct knowledge transfer. All the students of a country will be produced as science graduates, the key source of future workforce.
