School made for knowledge transfer

Exact neurological processes involved in knowledge transfer are still not fully applied in school system. It is obvious that both cognitive and motivational factors cannot influence the extent of brain learning to which transfer occurs in the classroom.

Textbooks are not the transfer books of knowledge that deal with precise neural mechanisms of brain learnography

Textbooks are not the transfer books of brain learnography. These books are based on the teaching theories of verbal knowledge transfer. Book to brain processing is not described while writing the topics, contents and concepts of chapters.

Which part of the brain is activated or used in specific knowledge transfer? It’s not found in these books. Motivational or cognitive approaches have been added to the transfer learning of school system.

The text books of education are primarily focused on teaching theories and strategies for transfer learning, rather than on the specific neurological processes involved in the transfer of knowledge from a book to the brain.

Exact neurological processes involved in knowledge transfer are still not fully applied in school system. It is obvious that both cognitive and motivational factors cannot influence the extent of brain learning to which transfer occurs in the classroom.

It is found in education system that learners are motivated and engaged in the learning process of classroom. They are more likely unable to transfer knowledge in the writing of new contexts. The learners who are simply taking part in motor knowledge transfer are more likely to apply existing learned knowledge in new space, contexts and situations.

In terms of the specific brain regions involved in transfer learning, it is suggested that knowledge transfer can involve in the processing of prefrontal cortex. This is responsible for executive functions such as working memory, decision-making and planning.

Other studies have implicated hippocampus and amygdala which are involved in the consolidation and retrieval of long-term memories. Motor knowledge transfer is always ignored and cognitive approach is focused in education system.

Precise neural mechanisms underlying transfer learning should be explored in brain learnography for effective knowledge transfer. It is clear that both cognitive and motivational factors are running in the schools of education system without securing successful transfer learning.

It is important to understand the factors of motor science and use effective learnography strategies in classroom operating system. Teachers can help the learners transfer knowledge from brainpage books and other learning materials. Motor abilities of the brain are rehearsed in transfer learning which may be critical to real-world tasks and working situations.
