Motivational approach or cognitive teaching may be time wasting in the school system of education.
Motor learning factors such as working memory, attention and decision-making are critical for the successful transfer of knowledge and skills. High speed learners must be able to rehearse and apply key concepts and principles in new space and contexts. They have to generate proper ideas and make decisions about how to apply these concepts effectively.

An effective approach can engage the learners in physical movements and motor skills by using hands-on and experiential learning activities. Students should be engaged in activities such as pathway reading, brainpage making and questions/answers cyclozeid rehearsals.
The dimension of function matrix may help in self-evaluation like transfer percentage what they have learned in motor learning and solid physical way.
