Five phases of learning required in school system for the development of smart brainpage

Book to brain learning is often observed before or during exam period and amygdala system is very active to rehearse and store the subject matter of solutions in long term memory. This is defined as direct learning to make the brainpage of knowledge modules for the preparation of exams. The observation of direct learning seems very difficult because it is modulated and practiced in closed room at home. Teaching is performed in classroom so it is not possible to observe the mechanism of direct learning in school’s premises.

About five years ago, I got a chance to observe direct learning on the road while I was in medical college hospital for health check up and treatment. One day I saw some medical students were reading books while going on the road to appear in the exams. It was morning time and traffic was normal. It was amazing event for me that direct learning was launched on the road. 

I asked one of my friends what happened to these doctors. He replied that they were going to college for exams and so they were busy in study even walking on the road. It was remarkable that their fearful faces were reflected just a few minutes before exams. The design of direct school was created twenty years ago but I found strong evidence on the road after fifteen years. Reflection of the fearful faces due to exams is unforgettable. I think that the amygdala system of brain is decisive in the brainpage making process of school learnography.

Modulation of knowledge chapter runs in active learning to make brainpage in classroom. Miniature school operates the learning mechanism of subject matter and tasks are given to students for reading, writing and understanding. Phase modulator (M30) is really the modulator of brainpage making process. He decides the size of phase blocks and brainpage segments. Subject head distributes tasks for discussion and object scanning in which the naming address and definition address are verified in classroom situations.

After that he may pause for a while and watch whole class. He points to the particular student and listens the statements of answer carefully.

Finally the answer is evaluated whether it is right or wrong. If any individual fails to reply a question, the same question must be asked to another student. If the second student fails again, the chance will be given to the third student. If he also fails, any qualified classmate will reply the right answer. The three scholars who couldn’t reply right answer should repeat the right answer one by one. The interaction of classroom must be kept under disciplined and controlled activities. The institution cannot tolerate the noisy communication of students during the learnography of brainpage making process.

Knowledge transfer from book to brain runs in the five phases of chapter learning. They are scan phase, outline phase, format phase, update phase and innovative phase. Book to brain transfer is the direct learning of students from father teachers. In education system, subject teacher acts as a mediator between book and brain or we can say between father teacher and small teacher. In fact, small teacher is the advanced form of learning student. Learning space of classroom creates miniaturized school for knowledge transfer

The miniature school is built of seven trained and well-mannered students selected on the basis of brainpage development and leadership skill. The small institutionalized form of school system is operated for the learning performance of a predefined classroom known as miniature school. It conducts and controls the classroom activities and situations of school system. This is the building block of school learnography and each class will have its own miniature school to run the study of subject matter.

Miniature school consists of phase superior (M10), class operator (M20), brainpage modulator(M30), maths head (M40), science head (M50), language head (M60) and social head (M70). They are considered as the managers of miniature teamwork. We know that well-defined work is accomplished with a team of skilled hands. The teamwork needs a good leadership, control and commands. Hostel warden manages environment of learning development in school system

Space, chapter and time are defined in the lodging and living facilities of school hostel. The environment of learning development is secured to provide high academic success in school system. Brainpage making process must be managed to change the thinking and working attitude of students.

Hostel is peaceful place to practice the learning of subject matter and students can prepare the study of courses to obtain high success in competence and academic performance. The institution consists of three main parts – the school office, the academy and the hostel.

School hostel provides boarding facilities for the students who like to live and read in the institution. We know that home is not school and parents are not teachers. So proper learning environment cannot be created at home. School hostel manages the environment of learning development to develop smart brainpage in the learning process of knowledge chapters.

Boarders should keep their belongings in proper place and learn how to use them. Hostel authorities won’t be responsible if their possessions are lost or damaged. They are also scholars in reality, therefore, they will have to develop the structural and formatted behavior of life for their studies and hard learnography.

School warden creates the environment of studies and competence in the learning process of knowledge chapters. Boarders must follow the path of truth and exhibit the moral and constructive behavior in practice and work performance.

It is obvious that hostel kitchen prepares vegetarian dishes to maintain positivity in the harmonious development of health and thoughts. So, it needs the supply of fresh vegetables, beans, fats & oils, milk products and fruits. The recipe should be replaced with the change in seasons and the supply of market.

High class learnograph of brainpage makes high academic performance

School principal is trained and instructed to apply teaching theories and pedagogical techniques in school system. High class teaching performance is focused in classroom but the learning mechanism of brain doesn’t support teaching theories for knowledge modulation and brainpage learnography. Applied neuroscience is needed to meet the requirements of high academic performance.

Principal is the chief administrator of school system and classroom administrator is the chief moderator of classroom learning performance. There are three types of administrations running in school system – office administration, classroom administration and hostel administration.

Environment of learning development is the main aspect of school system. Knowledge chapter is processed in classroom to make smart brainpage in learning process. Learnograph of brainpage gives high scores in exams and changes behavior and thinking for problem solving activities.

The main objective of classroom technology is to provide the sequential learning of subject matter in a uniform course. School employees aspire for higher achievements and maintaining the required standard designed by the phases of learnography. Learning mechanism must be based on scientific facts and we know that teaching theory is not successful for the advancement of science and technology.

We believe in the satisfaction of parents and students that can make the institution great in the eyes of community. The statements of confusion may disrupt the functions of school office and  classroom operating system (CLOS). It is general truth that office runs the institution. 

Proficiency in knowledge and intellectual skill is a sensitive aspect of human life. The learning of cultural and academic characters is the sequential programming of human brain necessary for civilization and development. Children need an institution or proper school to comprehend the subject matter of knowledge and skill, as the schooling defines the environment of learning for knowledge and skill development.

Control, command and communication are the fundamentals of system operation. The principal has to monitor school employment associated with the decision and outcome of productive classrooms. Office administrator and school warden must report to the principal for smooth running of the institution. Administration of the system is made energetic by using the computer operation of these fundamentals.

School principal has to regulate classroom operating system for the production of brilliant and hard learning scholars. It is fact that all the persons, who come to visit the school, like to see the principal. Guardians or other persons are requested not to waste the principal’s valuable time on ordinary talks or unnecessary problems. The office administrator must listens to their statements and conveys them to the principal in written form.

If long and loud conversation persists in school office, consequently it may result in the weak organization of institution. The office administrator may notice the embarrassment from students, guardians or parents, but it can be resolved by finding proper dialogue and solution. It is suggested to find the cause or root of dissatisfaction in school’s performance. It is true dissatisfied parents may take the transfer certificate for their wards to see other schools.

Any attempt made to pressurize school office weakens the functioning controls and methods of classroom performance.

No learnography no brain growth

Brain holds the huge system of working mechanism for reading, writing and learning. We should have cortical control over what brain wants to satisfy its desire, course, pleasure and achievement. Drug, alcohol, addiction and depression (DAAD) are the call of brain habits to repeat certain pleasing actions in life. These sort of things disturb the potentiality and normal functions of working brain.

The working mechanism of brain is justified by the secretion of chemicals known as neurotransmitters. DAAD is related to the science of amygdala system and can damage the sequencing of bio-molecules by inviting stress or depression in life. Intuitive knowledge is blocked and rational stream becomes paralyzed. 

Amygdala tells hippocampus to send stressed stream to the prefrontal cortex of brain for emotional processing. But it is trapped in the infinite loop of regular cycle resulting in suicidal tendency. Amygdala should not be arrested to entertain the infinite loop of pleasure and amusement. 

It is similar to the infinite loop of pointer in computer programming. Repetitive work is carried in the loop processing, but system becomes hanged in infinite loop. We must protect our brain from infinite loop by avoiding addictive habits. Meditation and intuitive practices can help in correcting the dirty streams of amygdala system. 

Brain learning is divided into two major parts – cortical learning and subcortical learning. Listening, watching or note-taking may give surface learning. It happens in the region of cerebral cortex which describes cognitive science of brain learning. Deep brain learning is the function of unconscious part that is the subcortical region of brain mechanism. 

The brain learning of neuroscience is not followed in school system and brainpage is not modulated in learning process. Education provides knowledge, skill and merit so person can get suitable workplace and earning for happy living. Education works on motivation or teaching performance and it can’t activate deep learning process in classroom.

Learning with physical activities provides some resistance to the symptoms of dementia in old age. Intelligence, smart learnography and high earning job may protect people from the mental ravages of old age if brain shrinkage does not happen in life. 

When trying to ward off aging, the best kind of learning seems to be the learning of physical skills, especially the learning of something that stretches both the body and the mind. It is fact that our neglect of intensive learning as we age leads the systems in the brain that modulate, regulate and control plasticity to waste away. 

Learning a skill that exercises the body has a double effect. It keeps the system that regulates and controls brain plasticity in fine order and also keeps the brain well supplied with oxygen. Learning new motor skills could be a good way of saying mentally young. 

Human brain is built for riding, learning and working. Brain riding means to regulate body parts for working or movement. Walking is good exercise to supply food, nourishment and oxygen to the working mechanism of brain. It regulates blood circulation to keep brain and body healthy in working, learning and riding. It also stimulates required protein molecules that keep neurones connecting to make the networks of brain pathways. 

No learning, no brain growth !!! 

How the brain grows is entirely dependent on what is learnt in the working mechanism of brain. The learning mechanism of brain is described by learnography through modulation process. Therefore, learnography is the learning process of knowledge chapters for school children. Learnography may be introduced in classroom instead of teaching to solve the learning mysteries of school system. 

The volume of grey matter in brain increases when the learnography of brainpage modulation is well-finished before tests or exams. White matter of brain also improves because of developed learning pathways. It seems fairly significant to say, “No learning, no brain growth”. It can prevent brain shrinking in old age when people tend to learn less in living by avoiding the practice of physical activities.
