Knowledge transfer is the main aspect of school education. It is done through teaching process and the teacher shows learning initiatives for students’ achievement. Obviously, knowledge is transferred from teachers to students in education system and this is the conventional learning of pedagogy. In classroom performance, the teacher becomes very active and students goes in passive learning. The amygdala system of brain is not working properly for the memory consolidation of long term potentiation.

This is the system of indirect school in which knowledge is transferred first from source book to subject teacher and then from teacher to students. So learning initiation is observed in the performance and hands of teachers. This is the main drawback of universal education in which the teacher makes brainpage before performance and students don’t get time in classroom to modulate the brainpage of subject matter.

The head of miniature school in a structured classroom is phase superior that is a student qualified and skilled in leadership, teamwork and brainpage modulation. He manages the system integration of learnography and looks out the administration of classroom performance. All the phase superiors are reported to the superior general of school learnography. The selection of superior general is decided by the principal on the basis of high academic performance from the topmost class of institution. He acts as coordinator for phase superiors and reported to the principal.

Class operator (M20) assists the subject moderator to create the environment of learning development (ELD) in classroom and phase modulator (M30) scrutinizes the quality control of brainpage learning. In fact, class operator is assistant to subject moderator and phase modulator is qualified in the implementation of brainpage theory.

Subject head becomes active in specific period to launch the modulation of chapter in classroom learnography, but the other three subject heads perform the work of opposition for updates and improvements. If a miniature is absent in classroom, class operator will launch the brainpage modulation of concerned chapter.

The operational exercise of miniature school provides the skills and knowledge of leadership. Students will know the language of communication, control, command, analysis and intelligence. The knowledge of these facts related to their application will render the ability of making right decision. Blackboard work generates the communication with father teachers. So a learner may be talent and collaborative to create projects and finish the work responsibilities with team spirit. It is amazing that the students of miniature school will gain specific capacity to open and run new institutions successfully.

Brain learnography is the neuroscience of skill and knowledge learning. It is acquired from the brainpage modulation of amygdala mechanism. The experience of miniature school can explain the system integration of learning science and it may help them to become leading persons in the learnography of mathematics, science, research, technology, business or politics.

Finally, the system administration of miniature school explains that students are the small operators of learning system. We should support and encourage them so they will take active part in the learning process. Subject moderator must help them in the processing of intelligence and capabilities. The miniature desk shouldn’t be overpowered by either moderator or classmate. It seeks good direction and productive control from subject moderator. The failure of classroom moderation jeopardizes the modulation of chapter learning and turns the earnestness of scholars into the real mode of playground effects.

High class learnograph of brainpage makes high academic performance

School principal is trained and instructed to apply teaching theories and pedagogical techniques in school system. High class teaching performance is focused in classroom but the learning mechanism of brain doesn’t support teaching theories for knowledge modulation and brainpage learnography. Applied neuroscience is needed to meet the requirements of high academic performance.

Principal is the chief administrator of school system and classroom administrator is the chief moderator of classroom learning performance. There are three types of administrations running in school system – office administration, classroom administration and hostel administration.

Environment of learning development is the main aspect of school system. Knowledge chapter is processed in classroom to make smart brainpage in learning process. Learnograph of brainpage gives high scores in exams and changes behavior and thinking for problem solving activities.

Learning is the science of brain learnography which deals with the declarative and associative practices of subject matter. School administration monitors classroom operations to observe brainpage development for high academic performance.

Office administrator is appointed as the head of school office and reported to the principal. He acts as a bridge between school and parents for communication and academic performance. He also replies to the correspondence sent by any office or persons.

Performance of office work, preservation of school records and collection of fees come under the authority of office administrator. Control of school gate, charge of school premises and maintenance of attendance registers are regulated by school office.

The principal becomes free from official burdens and gets enough time to observe classroom situations and brainpage development. Classroom is learning space for knowledge chapters. Subject teacher is classroom moderator and he has to feel the company of Principal’s supervision during session hours.

School employees enjoy the salary and facilities for the work performance of brainpage development. This is learning work and we call it learnography. Work may be considered not done in school system if the brainpage of subject matter is not well-finished in classroom.

Students and moderators are not allowed to entertain any phone calls during class hours, but the office may receive calls and convey the message to body concerned. Smartphone is a kind of miniature robot in design and function. So it must be banned in school premises.  Electronic devices should be restricted to classroom moderator and chapter modulator.

Truancy is programmed in the amygdala system of brain and brainpage modulation can correct this problem. Absence of students in classroom obstructs the outcome of learning system.

Absence in phase operation, poor school bag and delayed payments of school fee give the output of bad scholars. The administrator must be able to control these fundamentals with the help of guardians. If a student doesn’t improve his weak essentials, it must be considered as the failure of brainpage processing.

Effective school leaders have been shown significantly to improve the performance of all students at the school, at least in part through their impacts on selection and retention of good moderators to form successful teamwork in school system.

Ineffective principals have similarly large negative effect on school performance. The performance issues of evaluation are suggested as important for school administrators as they are for classroom moderators.

It is necessary to change educational teaching in school system. It’s not suitable for the advancement of science and technology. Brainpage of knowledge chapter is not made in classroom and the definition spectrum of knowledge objects is not observed in learning process.

Learning is the natural perspective of school system in which brainpage of learning is modulated in classroom to express high academic performance in learning process. It may stop cramming study of subject matter that happens during exams period.

Pressure to perform well in classroom and engage in extracurricular activities in addition to other responsibilities often resulted in cramming method of studying before or during exams period for high academic performance. Brainpage development may reduce this pressure and students will feel comfortable in learning process.

Brainpage modulation is the brain writing of knowledge chapters. An author makes the objectgraphs of fact and thought on paper, but the subject moderator of classroom writes learnographs in children’s brain.
