Hostel warden manages environment of learning development in school system

Space, chapter and time are defined in the lodging and living facilities of school hostel. The environment of learning development is secured to provide high academic success in school system. Brainpage making process must be managed to change the thinking and working attitude of students.

Hostel is peaceful place to practice the learning of subject matter and students can prepare the study of courses to obtain high success in competence and academic performance. The institution consists of three main parts – the school office, the academy and the hostel.

School hostel provides boarding facilities for the students who like to live and read in the institution. We know that home is not school and parents are not teachers. School hostel may have a number of blocks and the dormitories of a block are furnished with lodging facilities and reading environment. The warden makes the arrangement and supervision of boarders in each dormitory.

Boarders should keep their belongings in proper place and learn how to use them. Hostel authorities won’t be responsible if their possessions are lost or damaged. Dormitories should be well-arranged and kept clean. They are also scholars in reality, therefore, they will have to develop the structural and formatted behavior of life for their studies and hard learnography.

School warden creates the environment of studies and competence in the learning process of knowledge chapters. Boarders must follow the path of truth and exhibit the moral and constructive behavior in practice and work performance.

Regulations designed for the smooth running of hostel will help a boarder to inculcate the thoughts of brain and develop intellectual characters in studies. Stealing habits must be discouraged because it will prove him dishonest in learning process and a thief in hostel community.

Boarders have to finish hard learnography for the success of academic performance. So they need good health and enough energy to sustain the regular practice of skill and knowledge processing. Meals and lunch supply nourishing materials for the growth and working of brain and body. Therefore, kitchen should be well-managed to provide nutritious food for hard learning boarders.

The warden decides the recipe of meals and lunch by keeping the standard of middle class family. He also conducts the purchases and arrangements of materials needed in the kitchen.

It is obvious that hostel kitchen prepares vegetarian dishes to maintain positivity in the harmonious development of health and thoughts. So, it needs the supply of fresh vegetables, beans, fats & oils, milk products and fruits. The recipe should be replaced with the change in seasons and the supply of market.

Pencil power is the advancement of knowledge chapters. 

Teaching theory is the backbone of education system to provide quality learning in classroom. Students can’t do anything in learning process without teaching because they are dependent on teachers for learning and understanding. 

World class schools and high class teachers are preferred in educational selection for the excellent academic performance of children. These schools are running on advanced teaching techniques, classified chapter notes and classroom technology. 

Education is providing note-taking classes for the quality learning of students.  See and write processing can make learning brain act as photocopy machine by which the brainpage of knowledge chapter is not acquired. Our children need brainpage machine for learning and understanding. 

What is the note writing process of classroom?
