Classroom management is the main part of school system to provide the high standard of skill, knowledge and merit. But course learning is not finished on time and the learning mechanism of neuroscience is not applied in the institution. Education is taking much time to provide a degree in genuine faculty. Primary, secondary or higher education all levels require long time span because the teacher is everything in classroom and the learning of courses is solely dependable to conventional teaching. We have to change the teaching system of classroom to reduce the period of specific courses. Learning mechanism of brain science should be introduced instead of teaching theories for better achievement in less time.
Any attempt made to pressurize school office weakens the functioning controls and methods of classroom performance.
