Outline phase makes learning simple and easy for brainpage processing in which learning speed increases and subject matter is outlined for the structural and functional knowledge of prescribed chapter. Also the structure of contextual story is outlined in book writing and the writer can finish his book before time with high efficiency, fast sequencing and constructive imaginative ideas.
In computer science, outline phase gives the algorithms of programming and flowchart is outlined to write the statements of programming language. Outline page is also available in Microsoft Word to organize the events and happenings of writer’s story.
In learning process, outline phase is implemented in classroom to provide learning skill in student’s initiatives. Subject moderator declares the focal set of class matrix to put questions and remarks for quality test. Blackboard performer invites the audience for comments and suggestions. The classmates raise their hands to get chance and the performer selects one by one for polite and precise comments of his classmates.
This is the respect for performer’s will. He can’t be compelled for any sort of comments in this phase. Classmates can finish about 35% of their chapter learning. If they try to achieve more than this limitation, it may create high pressure on the learning brain and there will be the chances of logical conflicts. They should try to learn the familiarization, definition and exploration of objects in a task. The layout or skeletal learning is finished in this outline phase.
It’s bad to tease or laugh at blackboard performer when he makes mistake or hesitates in presentation. We must know that board performance activates the amygdala system of brain very high for long term potentiation and episodic memory. It may result in big anger while facing disturbances. The teacher is also influenced by blackboard effect (LADBE) while performing on board and becomes very angry during classroom disturbances.
The audience should show sympathy and cooperation to the performer for his unsuccessful performance. Phase superior stops the phase operation of tasks if classroom situation is disturbed and learning system begins to suffer from errors and faults. Classroom situation is brought into normal condition and after necessary correction, he starts brainpage processing again.
Subject moderator takes an active part in the prompt solution of trouble points by performing on blackboard. He redirects the focus of situation and updates the faults and problems. If the student or moderator goes out of the range of subject matter defined by the textbook, subject head will request him to stay within the border of concerned task or problem. If the moderator forgets to update or redirect, the class operator will remind him. In the case of failure, subject head updates the operation of task processing instead of moderator.
Non-academic problem of the classroom is solved through miniature school by using dialogues, logic, honesty and proper communication in peaceful environment. If students use hands, legs or other dangerous things to solve the problem, the solution may not be convenient but it will define the feebleness and disqualification of their learning brains.

Learning part of brain becomes very sensitive and serious to the questions of chapter exercise and answer making. He needs superior’s permission for this job. The classmates make correction of their respective preparation through the medium of blackboard. Phase superior should be excellent in administering the proper phase and moderator must support the children in learning process according to the guidelines of brainpage theory and phases of learning.
If phase superior does not run the phase properly and the miniature desk suffers from malfunctions, the moderator will make them active and functional. In extreme condition, miniature school will be restructured by the principal and system administrator will watch the activities of brainpage making process for three weeks.
If a student is found mischievous in classroom situation or against the rules of predefined phase learning, the moderator will correct this problem by applying the brainpage theory of learnography. If he is unable to bring this learner in proper learning track, the student may be called to the principal’s office and will be responsible for this damage. At the end of outline phase, class modulator decides the size of phase preparation and subject head distributes those tasks among hardworking classmates for the next day.
