Learning initiative of kids develops in classroom from the architecture of miniature school

System of direct school is observed in school learnography in which knowledge is transferred directly from source book to learning students and subject teacher acts as a subject moderator. This is the theory of book to brain transfer and teaching isn’t necessary in classroom. The learning mechanism of brain is mainly based on the neuroscience of amygdala system but it is not followed in school system.

We know that father teacher is the creator of knowledge chapters and students learn chapters from father teachers in direct school. Learning space of classroom creates miniaturized school for knowledge transfer

The miniature school is built of seven trained and well-mannered students selected on the basis of brainpage development and leadership skill. The small institutionalized form of school system is operated for the learning performance of a predefined classroom known as miniature school. It conducts and controls the classroom activities and situations of school system. This is the building block of school learnography and each class will have its own miniature school to run the study of subject matter.

Miniature school consists of phase superior (M10), class operator (M20), brainpage modulator(M30), maths head (M40), science head (M50), language head (M60) and social head (M70). They are considered as the managers of miniature teamwork. We know that well-defined work is accomplished with a team of skilled hands. The teamwork needs a good leadership, control and commands. The managers of miniature school have to show team spirit and collaboration to conduct the operation of classroom learning. They are entitled to follow the direction of subject moderator with honor and obligation.

The structure of a miniature describes the function and procedure of learning control with proper communication, analysis and decision. Learning undergoes the five phases of brainpage development. They are scan phase, outline phase, format phase, update phase and innovative phase. This is the development cycle of school learnography and these learning phases are known as the phases of brainpage making process.

Tasks are distributed to students to be the active small teachers of miniature school, so they share and help each other to make the right quality of task performance. They must be ready with operation paper and board markers to take part in blackboard work (LADBE) when the hardships of solution persist in the learning process. They also perform difficult tasks for those students who were absent in the classroom.

Students need learning space and brainpage making process in school system

Learning space refers to physical setting for learning environment, a place where the home learning of knowledge chapter occurs as book to brain transfer. Brainpage making process runs in problem solving tasks. The term is commonly used as a more definitive alternative to classroom, but this is formatted as teaching space in the education of school system and learning becomes passive in reality. That is why hostel facilities are required in school system to provide learning space for the practice of problem solving tasks and high academic achievement.

Active learning engages students in two aspects – making the brainpage of chapter and thinking about the chapters they are doing. Home learning is active learning and it relates to three learning domains referred as skill, attitude and knowledge. Learning spaces are highly diverse in use, learning styles, configuration, location and educational institution.

Active learning is a model of chapter moderation that focuses the responsibility of brainpage learning on students, not on teacher led instruction. This model is also termed as student centered in practice known as school learnography. It is based on the premise that in order to learn and make brainpage in learning process. Students must do more than just listening to teaching. They must read, write, discuss or be engaged in solving problems.

Hostel warden is appointed to create the proper environment of learning development, not for embarrassment from the harmful activities. Subject moderator for hostel learnography may be appointed to help the boarders in their studies. The success of work depends on dedication, determination and persistence. So a boarder won’t face the problem of blank situations in the structural life of academy.

The warden is responsible for overall happenings in school hostel. He has to keep all the children in the proper order of fitness with the hostel rules and regulations. Corporal punishment must be ignored at any cost and working brain should be diverted towards learning brain for the acquisition of knowledge chapters.

The boarders can’t leave hostel without warden’s prior permission. They will have to write an application for the departure with sufficient reasons. The arrival or departure of a boarder is written in register with the reasons and escort’s signature. The appearance of strangers may embarrass the homely environment of hostel, so they are not allowed to visit dormitories to keep the rules of individual privacy.

The utensils and goods of kitchen should be recorded in register, as these things are verified in the evening after night meal. Hostel employees have to repay for the goods lost. The purchase of kitchen items is mentioned in hostel register. Edible materials should be used in kitchen by taking weight because this is recorded in the register with the number of boarders and staffs present in the hostel. In this way, the warden maintains the concerns of kitchen and keeps the sound health of boarders.

Dirty lifestyle and ill habits of individuals invite a number of diseases and challenging problems. Therefore, boarders should follow the time-table of wash and bath. They must know how to keep the good hygiene of their bodies and places, so it will make working brain sound to study hard.

The food materials purchased outside the school’s premises may contain harmful germs, so they must be careful to keep themselves safe from the diseases. Proper arrangements in school uniform and academic outlook develop generous personality and make learning brain thoughtful in academic activities. They must know that the daily activities of hostel are recorded in the warden’s office. Visitors must be recorded in hostel register with purpose, address and signature.

Learning space is focused on how student’s expectations influence such spaces, principles and activities that facilitate brain learnography and smart learning mechanism. The space of skill, attitude and knowledge whether physical or virtual may have significant impact on learning process.

Role of technology from the perspective of those who create learning environment such as faculty, technologists, source books school moderators and administrators. Information technology has brought unique capabilities to learning spaces. It stimulates greater interaction through the use of collaborative tools, video conferencing with moderators and opening the virtual world of knowledge exploration to ensure achievement and success.

School hostel is described as the lodging facilities of students especially for home learning. School warden is the head of hostel’s authority and learning environment must be managed for the academic performance of boarders. Any embarrassing activities of the warden can’t be torelated in school system. Hostel activities against the rules and regulations of institution may be catastrophic in nature to damage the goodwill and contributions of school authorities.

No learnography no brain growth

Brain holds the huge system of working mechanism for reading, writing and learning. We should have cortical control over what brain wants to satisfy its desire, course, pleasure and achievement. Drug, alcohol, addiction and depression (DAAD) are the call of brain habits to repeat certain pleasing actions in life. These sort of things disturb the potentiality and normal functions of working brain.

The working mechanism of brain is justified by the secretion of chemicals known as neurotransmitters. DAAD is related to the science of amygdala system and can damage the sequencing of bio-molecules by inviting stress or depression in life. Intuitive knowledge is blocked and rational stream becomes paralyzed. 

Amygdala tells hippocampus to send stressed stream to the prefrontal cortex of brain for emotional processing. But it is trapped in the infinite loop of regular cycle resulting in suicidal tendency. Amygdala should not be arrested to entertain the infinite loop of pleasure and amusement. 

It is similar to the infinite loop of pointer in computer programming. Repetitive work is carried in the loop processing, but system becomes hanged in infinite loop. We must protect our brain from infinite loop by avoiding addictive habits. Meditation and intuitive practices can help in correcting the dirty streams of amygdala system. 

Brain learning is divided into two major parts – cortical learning and subcortical learning. Listening, watching or note-taking may give surface learning. It happens in the region of cerebral cortex which describes cognitive science of brain learning. Deep brain learning is the function of unconscious part that is the subcortical region of brain mechanism. 

The brain learning of neuroscience is not followed in school system and brainpage is not modulated in learning process. Education provides knowledge, skill and merit so person can get suitable workplace and earning for happy living. Education works on motivation or teaching performance and it can’t activate deep learning process in classroom.  

A builder of structure or design multiplies the knowledge for the application of formats and templates. Knowledge chapter is explained in source book for learning purpose. We must trust that the learning mechanism of human brain is powerful to practice the modular tasks of difficult chapter. Children have to study the chapter to write answers for the questions of exercise when teaching is finished. 

In classroom, learning should be accomplished in object language. But teaching process gives human language for children’s learning. Object language is the language of skill, knowledge and merit. Knowledge books are modulated in object language and moderated in human language. 

Learning in school system is compulsory and it must be retained to face the task of questions in exams. Learning with physical activities provides some resistance to the symptoms of dementia in old age. Intelligence, smart learnography and high earning job may protect people from the mental ravages of old age if brain shrinkage does not happen in life. 

When trying to ward off aging, the best kind of learning seems to be the learning of physical skills, especially the learning of something that stretches both the body and the mind. It is fact that our neglect of intensive learning as we age leads the systems in the brain that modulate, regulate and control plasticity to waste away. 

Learning a skill that exercises the body has a double effect. It keeps the system that regulates and controls brain plasticity in fine order and also keeps the brain well supplied with oxygen. Learning new motor skills could be a good way of saying mentally young. 

Human brain is built for riding, learning and working. Brain riding means to regulate body parts for working or movement. Walking is good exercise to supply food, nourishment and oxygen to the working mechanism of brain. It regulates blood circulation to keep brain and body healthy in working, learning and riding. It also stimulates required protein molecules that keep neurones connecting to make the networks of brain pathways. 

No learning, no brain growth !!! 

How the brain grows is entirely dependent on what is learnt in the working mechanism of brain. The learning mechanism of brain is described by learnography through modulation process. Therefore, learnography is the learning process of knowledge chapters for school children. Learnography may be introduced in classroom instead of teaching to solve the learning mysteries of school system. 

The volume of grey matter in brain increases when the learnography of brainpage modulation is well-finished before tests or exams. White matter of brain also improves because of developed learning pathways. It seems fairly significant to say, “No learning, no brain growth”. It can prevent brain shrinking in old age when people tend to learn less in living by avoiding the practice of physical activities. 

Brain growth takes place when something is rehearsed physically for learning and working. Grey matter increases from the knowledge of object learning and white matter improves by the pathway learning of subject matter.

High quality of skill, knowledge and experience required for hard working and good earning

In modern world, education has become the basic need of human life. High quality of skill and knowledge is required to working and earning. 

The success of education for all is not observed in society and leaders/parents are not satisfied with the outcomes of education programmes. 

Although high class schools have been constructed and well-trained teachers are performing in classroom. Learning quality is going down and change is not observed in behavior and thinking. 

Teaching is running in our bloodstream and we think that school learning is possible only from teaching performance. Brainpage is everything in learning mechanism but it is not modulated in school hours. 

Brain learnography is not followed in school system. It is observed before or during exams. Students also prepare the home learning of competitive tests using brain learnography.

World leaders always emphasize on educational achievements to bring positive changes in the knowledge, earning and living of people. But academic performance could not exhibit miracles in community to advance the progress of nation. 

Education runs on teaching performance and its system is defective in the application of learning mechanism to develop smart brainpage for science, technology and workplace.

Working mechanism of human brain is vital to acquire good health, progress and prosperity in living and working. The architecture of school system must be based on the brainpage theory, modular learning and memory potentials of applied neuroscience. 

Opening of new synapses in brain is essential in learning process and listening to the teaching performance can’t develop new synaptic potentials to generate learning streams.

Teaching development is focused in education system and the brain learnography of students is motivated to listening and watching in classroom. 

Priority must be given to the learning mechanism of knowledge chapters. It is fact that the working mechanism of a person develops from the learning mechanism of brain systems.

This is the school of learnography in which knowledge processing runs under the brain science of learning mechanism. This is the new frontier of learning science and it will replace the teaching system of school education in future. 

In this system, teaching is not necessary for the learning mechanism of human brain and homework is not required for children. Brainpage making process is modulated in school hours and knowledge learning becomes complete in classroom.

Learning of knowledge chapter produces changes in the neural stream of brain known as plasticity and changes occurred are observed in behavior, working and thinking. 

Students listen to the teaching of classroom performance and write notes for further study. But learning isn’t finished immediately and reflected in problem solving activities. 

Knowledge learning does not happen all at once but it takes time and practice to build upon. It is also shaped and enhanced by previous knowledge. 

Therefore, learning and understanding are considered as mechanism or process rather than the collection of facts, declarative and procedural knowledge. 

The skill of acquiring new knowledge starts automatically in life, so brain is efficient in learning process and allowed to collect facts and objects in surroundings. 

This is the science of natural learnography and it should be applied in school system to achieve skill, knowledge and experience through brain writing. 

Learning science of brain is working in reading, writing and understanding. Sometimes existing knowledge is reinforced to modify behavior, skill, values and preferences. 

Learning reinforcement brings potential change in the depth of knowledge, attitude and behavior to achieve high success in academic performance. 

Modulator is the small teacher of classroom and helps big teacher in learning process by sharing task solutions with other classmates.

Allow your brain to work on structural and functional project without hesitation and interruption. Brain has everything for you and it’s powerful in performance. Brain is learning white knowledge from the study of textbooks. Teachers also perform white knowledge on blackboard. Students are listening and watching white knowledge in classroom. 

Course book of academy is the source book of knowledge and studies. These books are written from the creative work of father teachers and we learn the  chapter of subject matter from these textbooks. 

The pattern of object and structure gives face factors that launch mirror reflection to amygdala system. This is the small part of human brain but plays decisive role in knowledge learning by putting pattern zeid marker on the definition address of functional objects.

Albert Einstein says – The only real valuable thing is intuition. This is the root of creativity or innovation for science and technology. Amazing ! The name of my working room is also INTUITION. It makes me happy because this is my classroom. 

Two subcortical motor centers are the basal ganglia and the cerebellum. Basal ganglia are found deep in each cerebral hemisphere. Cerebellum is attached to the dorsal side of brainstem. 

Both of these structures project to motor cortex. Thus, each can influence behavior and learning by influencing motor cortex. 

In addition, both the basal ganglia and cerebellum have output that bypasses the motor cortex and can influence motor neurons with connections through brainstem. This is the main root of learning operation and working performance. 

Motor system is based on motor cortex and subcortical sites that include the basal ganglia, cerebellum and parts of brainstem. The neuroscience research of motor cortex shows that motor cortex is not essential for a well-learned skilled behavior and operation. 

The subcortical sites of brain store learned motor program and control the skilled behavior of learnography. These subcortical sites are modified in the learning process of procedural activity. 

Although motor cortex appears to have no role in executing a skilled motor pattern, it does appear to have a role in the initialization of learning. It is fact that damaged motor cortex never creates skilled motor pattern to solve the task. 

Zeid energy or learning potential of brainpage must be used in making the modules of maths chapters – trigonometry, algebra and geometry. Develop learnogram at finger tips and apply the learnography of brain in learning space. 

Objects may face the effects of wear and tear but the chapters of knowledge and learning are renewed during the pace of time. We must respect the factors of time, object and space, as we need skill, knowledge and merit at the working place. 

Function of dark knowledge is observed beyond thinking and imagination. Intuitive knowledge is required to see the reflection of dark knowledge in derivation and innovation. 

Theory of relativity is based on the deep learning of dark knowledge. I have designed the theory of brain learnography by extracting the hidden learning potential of brain mechanism.
